Gmoney.net Fraud Artists Huntington Beach CA

While serving in Iraq, my son's credit card was electronically compromised. Over the space of two days the credit card information goes to this (gmoney.net) so-called business, three on-line buying companies, the Video Professor, and the Zoeta weight-loss system.
So when he gets home a month later, all this crap is in the mailbox. Cancelled the credit card, mailed everything back, and filed a fraud complaint with the bank. All of the other vendors coughed up their ill-gotten gains.

Not these cockroaches. They insist the transaction was legitimate.

Interestingly, the email address shown for my son (on their transaction account) is one he's never heard of.
So, apparently it is OK to illegally capture credit card information, use it to create a bogus order for your worthless product, and then refuse to pay back the money you stole.

This complaint has also been sent to the California Attorney General.

So the big question is - are they behind the scam that captured the credit card data and sent it along to them? Or are they paying someone else for this service?
