We orderd a female end of a seatbelt assembly for one of our work vans. Their website verified it was the correct part for the year, make and model of the van we had ordered it for. The part arrived and the male end would not fit into the female end, that they had shipped to us.

I notified them that they sent the wrong part and they refused to refund our $80. So now I own an $80 part that I can do nothing with. Their claim for denying the return, was that it is an electrical part and do not accept returns on electrical parts.

The FACT THAT THEY SENT THE WRONG PART AND WOULDN'T ISSUE A REFUND, WHEN IT WAS THEIR FAULT, SAYS WHAT TYPE OF COMPAY THIS IS. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.....DO NOT BUY FROM GMPARTSGIANT.COM
