Went online to purchase a new oem Valve cover for my sons 2002 buick regal.  I ordered this on 7-10-16.  I went to put it on 7-15-16 and noticed it wasn't new but used cleaned up and spray painted to pass as new.  This is fraud to me.  This valve cover is even warped and not sitting flat.  So obvious it was used.  I can't beleive a company would do this.  They should be shut down.  Tried getting there address online but they dont disclose it.  Buyer beware.

Just to set the record straight Bob from gmpartsgiant corected the problem by sending a good valve cover.  He respondered asap and satisfied me.  This could have been a fluke as he said.  I will continue to purchase parts through GMpartsgiant.com because they resoved the problem asap.

JUST SO YOUR AWARE GMPARTSGIANT.COM ONLY IS A DROP SHIP COMPANY ALL PARTS COME DIRECTLY FROM NEW CAR DEALERS ACROSS THE US. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CONTACT US WE CAN NOTIFY THE DEALER THAT SHIPPED YOU THAT PART AND ARANGE AN EXCHANGE FOR A NEW PART. I have been a parts manager for over thirty years i have seen customers return used parts and my counter person didn't inspect the return which caused us to now have a used part. thats the only explanation i have for this gmpartsgiant.com nor gm dealers we buy from would never intentionaly sell used parts as new.
