Gmr scott hedger Ccs dialer scam and ripoff tampa Florida

 I need some help. Me and my husband just recently worked for this wonderful company,"so we thought". We worked for about a month and ended up having to quit due to a family emergency in georgia which we decided to stay there. So we called talked to them And they were fine with it. We asked about our full 2 week check that they told us in the beginning if anybodu was to quit they have a check. So we gave them the address to mail them to. Now remind u, we quit oct.05,2015. We waited and waited and waited...Still waiting until I called them again and now the lady in the office said mr.scott paid me and my boyfriend what we were owed and they were cashed. How is that possible if the checks are in our name. Me and my boyfriend never got theae checks.never had them in our hands to cash. So he then said he was not going to refund or give any additional pay and to do what I have to do to get our money that we ate owed. If anybody can tell me what I should do? I have called the labor department.they are under investigation. I was thinking about going to the news and putting a stop to this scott hedger. Its not right and they should not be able to get away with ripping people off.
