In May 20003 we were given a price from the stated company to replace our driveway, sideway entrance and main walkway with concrete cement. We were promised quality material would be used.
We noticed during the winter that the concrete was crumbling on the walkway(it has since crumbled completely)and there were cracks in the driveway and the sidewalk has broken. When we contacted the company repeatedly, they did not come out for a few weeks.
Finally they told us to pay them $600 for them to replace the work they had done.
this is a ripoff. Why should we have to pay them to replace the inferior job that they did?
Please help us to get restitution for what they did to us. The company is not listed with the Better Business Bureau we reported them. Please help us.
