I ordered the Slim Seductions for free for 30 days and did not like the product so I sent the product back with the return number they gave me over the phone. I thought I was done with this company finally after getting back what they charged my account. Today I get two bottles in the mail and when I called to ask why I was shipped this especially after canceling my order from before they said it wasn't canceled and better yet could not find my crenelation number that I sent back with the package. They refuse to refund me back my money and say I can only get an exchange for the same price.

After having a very vocal talk with the woman on the other line I am yet $70 in the hole and never sent for those two bottles. They can't find my cancellation number in their records which shows poor filing on their end and I didn't think to write the number down for my records before sending it out. They don't care if you cancel or not and they won't give me my money back. You would think that by canceling the first shipment from the product doing absolutely nothing that they would not send it again. I am extremely furious and to all those out there beware of them because you might get ripped off like I did and They also wouldn't believe me when I said I was refunded the first time when i sent the bottles back but my bank statement says otherwise. Do not order form them unless you want to be scammed out of a lot of money!

Anytime a customer contacts us to cancel their autoship program we always provide a cancellation number and advise our customers to keep this number for their records. On the rare occasion that another order is processed after a cancellation request is made we can issue an immediate refund based on the cancellation number provided. It is unclear if you returned your initial order to us or not. I'm not sure how you would've seen a refund if your bank statement does not reflect a credit to your account. Should we have seen that you returned you order to us prior to your autoship processing we would've been able to issue a refund for the autoship order. However, it appears that this was not the case. You are more than welcome to contact customer service with any further questions or concerns at 1-800-595-4670.
