I ordered the free trial offer for 3.97. I never even got the product until past the 14 day free trial. They took money from my bank account without my authorazation. I didn't even have that amount of 79.90 in the bank and had to borrow so I wouldn't be charged overdraft fees and all that. I contacted them by e-mail and told them that I didn't even have a chance to try the product. I received it on Dec.6 and they took the money from my account on the 7th. They need to put the money back in the account. They never even tried to contact me to see if I'd tried the product. All they said was, when they got their product back, they'd credit my acct back the money they took. I don't appreciate people taking money from my account without my permission. It's not fair to me. They are very rude.

With our trial offer we explain in the terms and conditions on the order page that you would be billed after the trial period ends. We give you the amount that you are scheduled to be charged and the exact date on your order confirmation page, order confirmation email, as well as on your order invoice. By checking the box accepting the terms and conditions of the offer you agreed to be billed for the trial products if kept past the trial period.
