Imperialistic Insane Asylum - They don't pay employees, merchants or taxes. They lie to vendors and falsify documents.

I spent three months at GNJ Manufacturering, in that time I witnessed and was informed of numerous business ethics and legal violations. I was told by existing employee's on arrival that whatever my agreement said, "You'll never be paid". I quickly realized that GNJ was designed and built to funnel money into one person only. Erik Gavara, the CEO. Gavara is an Israeli immigrant to this country and appears to manage his business in a way that is not American, and very far from honest. He spends a lot of time talking about "Protecting the company" while he makes decisions for himself that destoy the company on an hourly basis. He is very difficult to deal with, he spends most of his time w/ a crooked smile on his face saying things like "I don't understand", "how do you know that" and "show me the proof" in fact, outside of these three phrases he doesn't come across as very intelligent at all. He seems confused about how the law, logic and reality work, he thinks because it's what he thinks, it's a fact and that's it. However, he never considers that he is so far on the wrong side that he's often asking the person to violate their own morals and values to do what he asks. 

While there I witnessed daily screaming matches between the CEO and VP (For no reason), unpaid merchants coming in and calling screaming about lack of payment and many other very suspect actions that I still remain amazed by. When I left I found that they had turned over 10 + people in my position in the last 6 months and hadn't paid any of them either. 

I have filed complaints with: 

- Florida State Attorney Gen (Business Practices)

- IRS (Evation)

- Unemployement (Unpaid Wages)

- Labor Board (Unpaid Wages)

- and the INS (Immigration status of CEO for business behavior) 

- Filed complaints w/ vendors for ethics violations. 

- I will continue to file and notify government organizations about this company until I'm paid or deceased. 

I resigned for breach of agreement and non-payment of substantial wages and commissions. (Nearly $8000)

EVERYONE SHOULD BEWARE OF THESE GUYS. They are not good people, the product is low-level and unless you like to work in a high stress, low/no pay job you'll run from these people as fast as you can. I won't get into the really crazy stuff, you wouldn't believe me anyway. I will throw in, as a real FU, they didn't pay my child support deduction and sent out a memo to the company saying I didn't pay it. As if I write checks or sign them, the truth is, I asked them 6 times to break it out and pay it, accounting literally refused to do it. Refused. 

Update - Since I left 40 days ago. GNJ has sent me a check for $0.00, sent out 3 memo's to GNJ staff slandering me personally and attempted to slander me personally to all their clients at Target, Best Buy, Fry's Electronics and Electronics Express. (2 of which I opened while I was there and wasn't paid for) 

These people are the worst type of garbage. They'll take the food right out of your child's mouth and shove a middle finger down their throat to see if they can get anymore out. The lowest type of human garbagee. Beware.
