My wife decided to try GNO Nails & Spa a month ago. GNO is located in Blaine, Minnesota, a suburb of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. First of all, she was not impressed by the service. None of the employees speak proficient English, and they chatter amongst them selves in their native tongue, while all but ignoring the customer. How very rude and not very welcoming. Then they overcharged her, refusing to honor the 25% on the coupon she brought in.

To make matters worse, my wife later contracted hepatitis B, which was traced back to GNO Nails & Spa. She is now going through anti-viral treatment for this disease. Fortunately, her exposure to the virus hasn't done any permanent damage to her liver. The local health department is currently investigating GNO Nails and Spa, and word that we're hearing back is that GNO does not sufficiently sterilize their instruments, the employees routinely do no wash hands after using the toilet, and the employees re-use many disposable items, in an effort to save a little money. What a nasty place!

Filty, filthy, filthy. Avoid GNO Nails Spa, unless you enjoy catching contagious diseases!

Whether you like it or not, the Hepatitis was traced back to your salon. That's the proof that this gentleman's wife contracted the disease from your salon. This lady could have died, Hepatitis kills people. All you have to do is apologize.  Make sure that in future you and your staff use new or sterilized products for every customer, it's not like nail files are expensive, for goodness sake. Also, make sure your staff wash their hands between customers. I have noticed that staff tend to chat between themselves in their own language and ignore their customers, which is rude. You're in America, the language spoken is English, you and your staff need to honour that. I also notice that your written language is closer to Pidgin English, by the way. Now, that's not the end of the world. Just acknowledge your mistakes. No one is perfect!

 U better get thing straight, I don't know where your wife got that hepatitis infection from Probably it's from your family. My business are clean and always honest with our clients. Be grow up stop childest. U said my shop ain't clean call the state board and health department down asap. And if u got something to said stop by my shop stop this bulls*** on here

Just because you don't like the facts I outlined in my accurate and truthful report of GNO Nails and Spa, doesn't mean it didn't happen. Just because you act outraged and indignant by my report, doesn't diminish the pain and suffering my wife has had to endure from exposure to the unsanitary conditions in GNO Nails & Spa. Own up to your mistakes, clean up your business and start being honest with people for a change. Customers should not be subjected to contagious, communicable diseases at a simple nail parlor. Buy a gallon of bleach and a scrub brush and get to it.

I stand by my original report and you should understand that it is 100% true. I did not embellish anything.

And, no, you do not understand good English, based on your poorly-written response. It reads like pidgin English, what with all the misspelling, grammatical errors, and poor sentence structure. Consider taking some basic ESL courses.

 Ours employees spoke good English and had great experience with ours clients. We never refusing 25% on the coupon, we will and alway accept the coupon. To make this clean and straight out ours shop and tools are clean. we sterilized ours tools everyday and never re-use disposable items we throw them away when each done their service. I don't know why you talking trash and bad about my business. But we guarantee that ours sterilize. You can contracts or call the state board, health department, come down check my shop I'm really welcome them. Stop giving us bad reputation thanks.
