Here's my story...

I heard about a 30-day free trial on the radio for a product called Slim Seduction. I called the 800 number. Gave them my email address (so they could send me a confirmation email, which I never received). Gave them my address and credit card information.

Then they tried to sell me 3 more products over the phone, voice automated by the way. I declined everything extra from the 30-day free trial.

Then the automated voice told me they would send me 3 months worth. The first month is my 30-day free trial and the other two bottle were mine to keep if I wanted, or I could call them for a return authorization number. The product was supposed to show up within 3-5 business days.

Three weeks later, I still haven't received a package but there is a $39.95 charge on my credit card. I call the company, only to find out that they shipped it to the wrong address. And I'm not talking about next door or down the street, a completely wrong address in another city. So they say they will send my package to the correct address and extend my 30-day expiration date for the free trial.

Finally the product shows up. Only 2 bottles in the package. I changed my diet completely, excercised daily and took the Slim Seduction pills as instructed on the bottle. Two weeks later I'm charged another $39.95 on my credit card and the pills haven't made a difference in my weight.

So I call the company for my return authorization number. I spend $30 at the post office sending it back to them, making sure it will be there by noon on my expiration date. I have a guarantee from the USPS that my package will be where it needs to be on time for me to receive my refund.

I called the company, 3 business days they should have received my package because I do not see a refund on my credit card statement. They claim they did not receive my package until the day after my expiration date. How convienent. They kept saying "we already extended your 30-day". I reminded them, they extended my 30-days because they sent it to the wrong address in the first place.

I asked the girl on the phone to let me speak to her manager. She put me on hold. Then she came back and told me why she still couldn't refund my money. I again, asked for her manager and she said the manager was standing right next to her but she still wouldn't put the manager on the phone. I asked again and she said "yes hold on" and put me on hold for another 10 minutes.

I still don't have my money back and will be calling them everyday until they refund it.
