Go Banannies Micah Witt-Phillips DO NOT ACCEPT A "JOB" FROM THIS COMPANY Nationwide

Go Banannies contracts to do childcare for events.  They hire sitters local to the area and promise to pay them for their services.  There are many reasons to beware of this company, both as an employee and a client.

First, my concerns for clients...

The company advertises that they provide a safe environment with first aid trained workers, snacks and fun activities.  The only snacks provided for the 3 days we witnessed were a bag of animal crackers and some saltines, all of which were running low by day 3 of the event.  There were unsafe toys (choking hazards) provided to the kids as well as toy guns, swords, and other items that not all parents may approve of.  There was no first aid kit on site, and the manager in charge had no idea how to deal with the two bloody noses and a cut that occurred over the weekend.

Second, my concern for employees...

The company promises to pay $10 per hour within 3 weeks of the event.  Three months later, there has been no pay to any of the employees that worked the even.  The company owner has disconnected her phone and does not respond to emails.

BEWARE - THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM - DON'T HIRE OR WORK FOR THIS WOMAN!
