Our company was billed for $1062.00 18 months for a service that was never provided. The company advertises for free finance referrals and we canceled on March 7 2011,  they started March 19 Billing our credit card and 18 times since then, we have canceled our card and they still get money out of my account I am filing a complaint with the attorney general.

The client sent their cancellation to an invalid customer support address, we ask for cancellations to sent via email  The client wrote this response before full resolution was made, this client has been refunded in full.  We strive to work with our clients to provide quality customer support.
