Go Branded MintVine Blocked without warning or reason. California

For quite some time I've been using MintVine to take surveys and do other odd tasks off it. Lately, they changed their domain to Go Branded and haven't been the same since. The layout was different, the site wasn't as easy to navigate through etc. One day when logging on I noticed that there Adwall section was blocked off and that they haven't been offering many "surveys" as before. When someone with a different account logged in they were able to take surveys and use the site just fine.

That's when I noticed that I was supposedly "banned" from the "site" which is strange since the people in the past would respond to emails and try to accommodate members who utilize the site. I emailed them serveral times and got no response. Had money coming to me which also got removed from the site which isn't right. It's ashame that they would do that someone who used the site for a long time and out of nowhere - cut someone off. They claim to deliver a "satisfying" experience to those who use it which hasn't been the case lately!
