Jim Gauntlett, who is the owner of GOFASTPARTS.COM, sales products through AMAZON.COM. I purchased a

billet Grille (T-RX) for my excursion. On Feb 4, 2010, I got an email saying my item had shipped, and was expected to
arrive between Feb 10-12,2010. On Feb 11, I emailed the company and asked for a tracking number. I was emailed a
tracking number for UPS. I attempted to track my package only to find out it had shipped on Feb 11. It was then expected
to arrive on Feb 16, 2010. I contacted the seller by phone, I asked him what the deal was, why this was shipped out 7 days
after I got an email saying it was shipped already. He was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me he would just intercept the
package with UPS, I begged him not to, and explained to him my car was in a body shop waiting for this part. I did not want
to re-order. I then emailed him and asked him again not to intercept the order. An hour later my order was intercepted and no
refund was given. He told me he was the office manager and I could not speak to anyone else. I then did research with
the better business bureau, as well as amazon.com and found this guy does this to people all the time. He also mailed out
expired products to consumer. (not that my grille could be expired, but other products her offers). Needless to say I am out
450.98, no grille and no refund. I have contacted, the FBI consumer fraud, AMAZON.COM, the BBB, the Attorney General
for California, Consumer complaints, and his local police Dept.

more proof I am not his only victim~

AUTHOR: SEVENSISTERS - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, February 20, 2010

here is a copy directly taken from the BBB on this man~

Some complainants allege they wait up to several months for a delivery or refund, but receive neither. Many report they make repeated calls to customer service, only to receive false or erroneous information on the status of their purchase. Other complainants allege they receive incomplete orders, incorrect orders, or experience frustration and difficulty obtaining credits or refunds. The company responds in some cases by issuing refunds or credits, or shipping orders. A few customers disputed the company's response that they shipped the merchandise, and issued a refund. In one case, the customer claims additional charges appeared on the credit card and in another case, the customer disagreed with paying a restocking fee when the customer was trying to cancel the order. All other complaints remain unanswered. The Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule allows the seller 30 days to ship ordered products to the buyer unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If the seller cannot ship within the 30 day period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing of the delay, and give the option of waiting, or having their money returned within 7 days. Credit card payments must be credited within one billing cycle.

The FBI has a website, for internet scams...I reported him to them, we have a recorder on our phone, we own a small business as well, all the conversations were recorded, he is being investigated by the FBI, not just because I filed, but there were other people who filed complaints as well! I have turned the phone recordings as well as the emails. They also have contacted my phone company to retrieve records from them!

.............This man is not only a scam artist but a liar too. First off, I never paid with a credit card, so how could I have cancelled the order...I paid with a debit card....there is not way to dispute charges....I have all the emails back and forth between the two of us. HE NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY! There is no receptionist or sales representative, this man live in an apartment in California, he lives in apartment number 7....in Redlands California, the business has no real adress, he runs this company out of his apartment, and better yet, rather than continue to defend myself against an idiot, you can just go check him out at the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, Go fast parts.com You have his name now. This is just a rinky dink business, he has stolen from many people, think of how many DID not report him to the BBB. In fact he is the agent~office manager and owner all in one, he also lied to me and told me he had a corp. office, hahahaaha what a joke. He knows that amazon would have paid him for the item even if I did not pay~ AMAZON has that for sellers! I had to file a report with amazon to get my money back it took 10 days! This guy is a scam artist and I am not his first victim !

#1 UPDATE Employee

consumer fraud attempt

AUTHOR: Customer Service - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, February 18, 2010

The individual named was not involved in any way with this transaction and has no ownership in this corporation. The customer Melanie Fuller ordered a product and then stated she was not going to pay for the item after it was already in transit to her. The facts are as follows:

1. You ordered a $ 450 billet grille.

2. The billet grille order was processed, shipped and tracking information was sent to you.

3. Before the order was delivered you called Customer Service. You threatened to reverse your credit card charge due to the product not shipping by the "ESTIMATED" ship date.

4. We tried explaining to you that the ESTIMATED ship date is NOT a guaranteed ship date. While we do ship 99% of our orders the same day sometimes a delay may happen beyond our control. You acknowledged receiving the tracking information showing the item was in transit to you.

5. You continued being abusive and threatening to chargeback your credit card for the order because the order did not ship by the estimated ship date.

6. The Customer Service Agent informed you that he was sorry you were unhappy and asked you what he could do for you since the item had already shipped to you. Your only response was that you were going to call your bank and chargeback the sale.

7. Our Agent then informed you that he was sorry you were unhappy and that based on your repeated threats to not pay for the merchandise ordered it would be best for all concerned if he would cancel your order, place a shipment intercept on the order and credit back your sale in full.

8. Your order was then canceled, a shipper intercept was placed on the shipment and full credit was issued through Amazon.com where you purchased the item.

We are sorry you were unhappy with your order however we do not ship orders if we perceive fraud or some intentional non payment for an order. You received full credit immediately. Your statements are deceptive and inaccurate.
