We moved into a home managed by Go Florida Realty, Inc 1 year ago.  The home was poorly maintained, the only item that would be fixed was the AC that broke 4 times in 1 year, the unit was 16 years old.  We were asked to make a list of all items that needed to be fix upon move in and none of the requested items were ever fixed.  They failed to notify us of flood damage of the home that took place before we moved in.  You can request things in writing, have proof of what was said and he will still deny any such requests.  For example, he asked if we were going to extend our least at the end of our 1 year agreement and then turned around 6 days before our move out date to tell us he will not be allowing a renewal -- this forced us to pack, move and find a new home in 5 days!!!!!  When we pulled out of our driveway with our moving truck, he places a "For Rent" sign at the end of the driveway!!!!  We finally received our security deposit, after going to the post office.  They mailed our check to the home we moved out of 3 weeks earlier.  We even provided a new forwarding address! This business is poorly managed.  I feel sorry for the owners that trust this place with their properties.  If you lease ANY of their properties, expect the worst service.  The owners are well well off, and live in a very modest house just behind Walt Disney World.  It amazes me how someone with so much money can treat their clients this way and still be successful!
