I was not able to get to the track for the Preakness Stakes this year so I placed my bet online. I came across this website http://www.gohorsebetting.ag and created an account and followed all of their directions. I scanned and attached my driver’s license, a utility bill for ID purposes. I made my deposit into my account and continued to place my bets. Later when I went to collect my winnings, I followed their withdrawal procedures on the site. 

I was informed by http://www.gohorsebetting.ag that I had to wait 72 hours so that they could verify my documents before sending me a check for my winnings via email. About 24 hours later I receive an email stating that they verified my documents and would be sending me a check via courier and could take from 6 to 8 weeks. They wasn't anything that they tell you up front. I wasn't too upset about that, just disappointed at how long it would potentially take.

Two weeks had gone by and I sent them an email to their support people support@gohorsebetting.ag which in return was sent back to me as undeliverable mail. They were not able to be contacted for assistance or questions.

When I received my bank statement at the end of the month I noticed a strange charge that read  IPSPPay.com/reads4kids 1 888-781-4288. I looked the phone number up on the internet and got a children’s book site which is a front for this off shore betting site. If you type in reads4kids you get several sites that have people complaining about being ripped off. So I called the number and inquired about the charge on my bank statement. I wanted to know what the charge was for and they verified my information but would not tell me anything about the purchase. The operator said someone would contact me via email. This is the email that I received:

We have been informed by one of our processors that you have recently inquired about a charge made to your card for $60.00 on May 2013. The billing descriptor for this transaction is: IPSPPay.com/reads4kids 1 888-781-4288

I just wanted to confirm that this transaction was for your account at: Go Horse Betting

We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to recognize transactions that you made with us as the descriptor that appears on your statement bears no relationship to our site.

The reported funds have been refunded by our processor back to your card in order to prevent any reversal of charges.

To cover this refund, we need to remove $60.00 from your gaming account.

Your pending withdrawal has been temporarily put on hold. We need your authorization in order to remove $60.00 from your pending WD in order to collect the funds that have been returned to your card.

We also need a confirmation that the transactions made into your gaming account are legit and were both authorized by you.

So I responded to this email and it was sent back to me as undeliverable mail. They did refund me my money and they closed my account and i never saw a winnings check from them. So buyer beware that these people are out to get you and scam you in any way possible. Don’t be a stupid internet consumer like me and be very careful in your gambling online.
