As stated on the last post as well as to your email in writing, both packages were sent at the same time. The fact that you did not receive them is not because they were not sent, we can't control FEDEX.

The link below is a screenshot of your FEDEX shipping slip clearly indicating that two (2) packages were sent, one being your tube with your banner and the other containing the box with the framed posters

This is the same slip copy that was also sent to your email. In addition, let it be known that you also indicated in your email, which I have copy and pasted below, that you had called FEDEX yourself and they had stated that "the only shipment haven't made it here yet."

Well first of all, you have my email address so to send me the gsm unlock plus my User name & password on this blog is not RIGHT. The question is once you realize that I havent received everything you should have sent me emails directly. I'm just trying to open a business that I paid for. So to be treated like I'm some kind of scam, is horrible. Thanks for correcting the problem but there's room for improvement. Please send all my info to my email so no one else will be able to logged into my account that would have been the professional thing to do. I'm sitting lost of words over a business you DYLAN informed me that you would make sure it goes smooth. So I will be waiting on my items. And thanks... FYI: my email and number is still the same. So I will be monitoring my emails. Thanks in advance.

Here is where we are at. I've researched this deal and this is what I have found. The brochure I sent to you was indeed last years brochure so I have no choice by to honor what was in it.

First: "expedited account setup and maintenance" - you state (never received)

Result: Received. You sent us receipt of your purchase on the 10th of August, your account was setup on the 15th. See confirmation screen shot below:

Second: "Commercials, inventory management system, promo materials" - you state (never received)

Result:  This is true. We obviously dropped the ball on this so what I am going to do is this:

1. Instead of 5 video commercials I am going to give you 10. We did not, however, ever receive pictures which we stated in your version of the brochure to make the videos so we will pull our own to do the videos.

2. I will order promo materials for you today and Fedex them by tomorrow, for receipt by you some time next week.

3. Inventory management system - our tech will work on this and have it completed by no later than Wednesday of next week, along with a short training video on how to use it

Third: "GSM unlocking account" I will set this up and send you the username and password by tomorrow. Credits for this account are your responsibility.

Is there anything else missing?

For the record, I sincerely apologize for speaking on this account without having done the research into it and claiming that everything was there when it just wasn't and I am going to fix it right now, end of story.

your original complaint was

then switched complaints to "....When a individual pays for service complete the service. DO NOT take funds if your not able to complete the services. With that being said RIP OFF is what it's called...."

Now you are telling me that you weren't robbed at all and are just missing things??

Yet all of your services have been rendered and we can prove every bit of it. You are reading from a brochure that is over a year old and has not been in circulation since d**n near December of last year. What is it that you claim you are missing exactly?? Fact is we just don't owe you anything but in any event I will do my best to get it to you so we can put an end to this back and forth.

But will respond back so quickly, to this. JUST SEND ME WHAT I PURCHASE.. And this will be solved.

OK, I stand corrected. On this order, the original order as you will see on the screen shot of the order confirmation was $1798.70 Because she only had $1500 to spend, I actually had my manager approve a DISCOUNT of $298.70. Her entire order was delivered within 7-10 days which is our standard delivery time.

As you can see, she ordered 13 phones, and got 13 phones. What else is there? Are we missing something here??

OK now we know who you are Mrs. Kevis Eastman from Houston TX. Let's look at the history of this deal:

1. Orders wireless dealer software which has been DELIVERED and INSTALLED. That initial order was $5995, which incidentally is the object of this complaint from the get go. No complaints there. In fact, she orders from us a 2nd time (see #2).

2. Orders AGAIN $1800 worth of merchandise. Paid only $1500 for the order, then has been requesting the rest of the order which YOU DID NOT PAY FOR. You continue to send text messages, call without leaving a message, and so forth requesting the rest of the order which has not even been paid for. You have received what you ordered and will not be getting any more.

On the next rebuttal I will post your order details along with your written confirmation of your order details which you sent to us via email. If anyone is trying to "RIP OFF" anyone it's Mrs. Eastman attempting to hustle us for merchandise that has not been paid for, and we will prove it. If you intend to complete your order instead of trying to hustle us for merchandise that you did not pay for then the rest of your order will be delivered.

I have called that number and left voice mails. Still nothing. So if this is the only way to communicate that's fine. When a individual pays for service complete the service. DO NOT take funds if your not able to complete the services. With that being said RIP OFF is what it's called. So to solve this problem complete my order immediately. FYI its funny how this company can respond to RIP OFF, but yet and still haven't called the customer back.

My name is Dylan,  I am a representative for Gomobiledirect.com. Who are you and what is this complaint about exactly? We have always delivered all products purchased from our company according to all terms, for all customers, which are provided in writing always.

As far as the "authorized dealer" claim, I'm not sure what you are referring to but our terms and conditions are published on our site and have been since 2009 at:

Which incidentally are the same terms discussed over the phone. Also, below is a copy of our agreement which clearly states the terms of our purchase:

If I knew who you were I could send you a copy of your agreement that you signed if you wish, but I guess you feel more comfortable with complaining on a forum like this instead of addressing your concerns like a professional.

Paul again here with Gomobiledirect.com with a follow up. Here we are on Friday, February the 3rd of 2012, and we STILL have not heard a peep out of this alleged "customer". No email, phone call, nada. I want to help, but if you simply post substance-less complaints and don't bother to reach out to us so we can help you, well then we just can't help you.

For the record, you would think if someone purchased a product - and did not receive this product - they would continue to post on threads like this one or attempt to call us with their issues, but that is clearly not the case here.

Mr / Mrs customer I have posted our emails on the last post and we are still open to communication regarding your claims.

No doubt this is a serious allegation and if indeed you did purchase from products from me or my crew then we no doubt would like to know just who you are so we can investigate your claim. While we are not perfect we have never not delivered on any products or services purchased from us, ever. After doing some research no one here has received any phone calls from anyone regarding any issues. I'd be glad to get down to the bottom of this with but I need to know who you are and how to get in contact with you.
