Go Ocean, also doing business under Bouchville Manors, is the most fraudulaent non-profit organization in NY. The President/Owner of GoOcean, Liliana Trafficante, is a compulsive liar with the lowest quality business ethics that I have ever witnessed. I am a website designer that has performed work for Liliana and her "Non-Profit Organization" over 2 years ago.

To this day, I have yet to receive payment. I have over 300 emails from her including fake tracking numbers from ups, fedex, and DHL claiming that she sent the money and it is in the mail. She lies about EVERY single aspect of her organization, and continues to take investments from new investors and run. She stands behind children as a way to build up an innocent image and to acquire new investors that have good hearts.

Her new website, www.goocean.com, has completely fraudulent information. She is using her website as a way to appear legitament. On the "Contact Us" portion of her website, the main phone number reaches a gentleman named Andy, who has no idea what GoOcean is. It just proves that this organization should be seriously reviewed for Fraud, as I witnessed first hand, Liliana Trafficante's fraudulent ways in attempting to use children as an image enhancement.

I have been extremely patient with Ms. Trafficante over the last 2 years, but have run out of options. I have followed this report with a complaint to the Attorney General, A full report with the BB, and will proceed with legal actions against Ms. Trafficante and her Fraudulent Organization.
