GO Telemarketing DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY , Internet

This company advertises that they provide quality leads for the mortgage and insurance industries. The leads are anything but quality. I purchased 15 leads at a cost of $85.00 each (I paid this much based on the description of the quality given to me by Jessica Watson).

I was given five leads to begin with. None of the customers were expecting me at all. As a matter of fact, Go Telemarketing agreed to replace four of the five leads as they did not meet the agreed upon criteria.

The biggest issue is that they use overseas telemarketers, and we all know what that experience is like. The communication gap is the cause of the problem.

The other issue is that Go Telemarketing requires you to physically visit the customer (if you call it will void the replacement guarantee) so you spend whatever time it takes mapping out the trip, leaving your office and driving to the lead only to find out they have no interest in what you are there to speak with them about and they all complain they could not clearly understand the caller so they were not quite sure what they were getting themselves into.

After wasting a couple of mornings I contacted Go Telemarkting and requested a refund for the undistributed leads which they naturally refused to do. After trying to coerce the verbally and via email, they still refused the refund. I accepted another lead just to see if they improved the quality and they did not.

I then asked to speak to the owner and I was told no. I asked who the owner is and they refused to give me the information.

It seems as if two people run this operation: Jessica Watson and Destiny Mccoy but they have zero empowerment.

I checked with the State of Texas and they have no record of this company.

The physical address is not an office, it is a Postal Express location. Any legitimate company would at least use a U.S. Post Office Box.

It appears this company is simply set up to take your money and you cannot get any assistance from ownership when you want it, you cannot even find out who the owners are.
