In the beginning the DVD VCR VR 3840 worked OK. But when it was set to factory default settings it lost all settings and could not be recovered by instructions in the manual. The Customer Service number was useless and I could not contact them. No response by email and finally had to give up. I wish I had read the reports by others on this product. A real rip off. Very costly for a machine that had minimal use over the time used.
