Go Video Ripoff Not Honor Warrantee, won't fix Saskatchewan

In October I used the internet customer service request option for help with my DVD/VHS combo machine. The machine is just over a year old and the DVD side will not work. I have another DVD machine in the house where I tested the discs to make sure it was the Go Video system. I received an automated e-mail that my request was received on Oct 28th and that I would be contacted shortly. I have tried follow up e-mails to the company as well as phone messages trying to get assistance. To date I have made 8 follow up attempts without a response. This is a sell and not honor company.
