I needed a loan over 6 months ago. I was connected with Derick Faller who told me that there was a 2k fee to do the underwriting for the loan and that I was already preapproved for over a 200k loan.

During the 6 months, they would send me one form at a time to fill in instead of sending everything I needed at once.

Weeks would go by and if I asked why it was taking so long, they would just send me another form to fill. And then they forced me to make a dba which I had to pay another 200+ for.

Then 5 months into it, after I asked again on the status of my application, they sent me a wells Fargo loan application. Something that I could have filled on my own without them.

When I asked derick why I was charged 2k for their service for something I could have done on my own, he said it was for them to build my business plan. WHICH I ALREADY HAD PREMADE BEFORE THE LOAN PROCESS AND SENT DIRECTLY TO HIM.

I demanded a full refund and he said I can only get 50% back once wells Fargo denies my application.

I called wells Fargo and they said that there was absolutely no loan or application being processed towards me.

I tried calling and emailing Derick but I have yet to hear back from him.
