Don't understand problems. I went on two Carnival Cruises and currently booking a third. I decided against hotel offers twice, requested refunds and got them.

Been very happy since 2013.

I cancelled one of my trips, to Jamaica, and I received my deposit back. Maybe someone really did take your check and cash it.

The same thing happened to me and I see that they only wanted to scam individuals into purchasing time shares and vacation destination that are not what you would expect to see. They are liers! and theives, Buyer BE VERY AWARE> from this company and others similar to them.
