Paul Keaton/Guy Kemp/Pastor Guy contacted me via my ex-father-in-law, Bill. Bill said this guy was in the process of holding large tent revivals around the country and needed $3k to move a tent from Los Angeles to New Mexico. At Bill's urging, I consented, and wired $3k to God Live Ministries and Church, Inc. via their bank, Fifth Third Bank.

I was promised repayment plus $500 in two weeks, three weeks max. When I didn't hear from Paul/Guy at the 3 week point, I called, but got no answer. He called back the next day (Friday) and said he intended to cut a check the following Wednesday.

Long story short, he's never paid, and no longer returns any phone calls. My ex-father-in-law (Bill) is almost invalid, is 76-years old and gave this guy everything he had and more. Bill is now teetering on the brink of bankruptcy thanks to his naive nature and the wish to help what he thought was a Christian crusade.

Bill hasn't heard from him in over two weeks. When he *did* last hear from him, he claimed to be in Gainesville, FL where he'd suffered a stroke and a heart attack in less than a month.

DO NOT send this guy your money!

I've contacted my local law enforcement and the FBI to no avail. This guy is smart, and has things arranged such that no one can even locate him, much less arrest him.
