Goddess Weaves This company put me on a payment program for hair extensions for three months at $75.33 per payment. This was for a very important special ocassion. Upon completion of my payments, the photo of the hair they sent was NOT WHAT I ORDERED as it was straight Hair Extensions Internet

This company, Goddess Weaves ripped me of for over 210.00. I am a disabled woman with 20% use of my hands and ordered hair extensions from her. We spoke for hours on the phone exchanging photos of the hair I needed. In the end she did not produce the product I ordered and would not refund my money. Then she discontinued all communications with me and paypal. paypal is not able to refund when you make payments to any vendor. In case you didn't know as I didn't. I made three payments and I paid in full ahead of time. She ordered the wrong product, would not produce the right one, never shipped any product to me and kept my money. This ruined a very important reunion for me and I can' t tell you the hearteach I experienced from this person and company. Do not order from them. you will be sadly deceived as I was.

If the hair was like the photo you posted, I would have asked you to send it. Lorna, you know full well the photo of the hair you sent me when you received the product was straight. In fact, If anyone can tell me how to upload a photo on a rebuttal, I would be happy to load it for all to see from the Whatsapp you asked me to download and to which is the only way you communicate.

I find it very interesting the day I post a rebuttal on the 21st of July, 2015, you decide to write to me on the very program you had me download. Although I have written to you numerous times on the same program without a reply from you since July 2, 2015. Does it always take you 19 days to respond to a customer?

You responded 7/212015, only because I posted on Ripoffreport.com. You know this will warn others of your unethical practices and hopefully, they will avoid being ripped off and let down by you and Goddess Weaves. Not only am I posting this on Ripoffreport.com, as I warned you I would.

I am also filing charges with the Maryland Attorney General today at 4:00 p.m. I suggest you settle with me now in lieu of waiting as my invoice will only increase the longer you wait to do the right thing. I will not stop until you refund my money as well as the cost associated with all I have had to go through due to your negligence and dishonest business practices. The amount is well over $225.00 now. This was your choice as I warned you and gave you a deadline which you ignored as you did all of my attempts to contact you.

Is this the way a professional company and business woman conducts business in the United States of America? Adding to your unprofessional business practices, also requiring customers go through the hassle of downloading a text message program because you are ducking all the phone calls from dissatisfied paying clients? What you need is a new pair of glasses or perhaps a large mirror.

Post their physical address on their website. Interestingly enough, Goddess Weaves does not.
Making it impossible to reach you in any manner.

Are only too happy to post an address so that a customer can also reach them through the U.S. Postal Service. Yet Goddess Weaves, conveniently does not list a business address.

Answer their phone during business hours and respond to customer’s voicemail messages, text messages and email messages.

I have repeatedly contacted you through these avenues and have not received a response since July 2, 2015. I can prove this through the communication on Whats App, my email as well as phone records. Not to mention the phone records of Paypal, and Wells Fargo. Each were greatly disturbed with this fact as they tried numerous times to reach you and left messages as well. I know because I was on a three way phone call while they did this.

Legitimate businesses

Send customers a receipt with exactly what they ordered on the receipt. This is standard business operating procedures that apparantely, you know nothing about.

Again, I not only contacted you through company email but many many many times through this "Whatsapp". If this is the way a professional does business because they must avoid answering and returning normal phone calls during business hours, I now understand why you had me download this Whatsapp application.

Lorna, the right thing to do is to admit you made a mistake and refund my money as the money I have spent trying to contact you and for the time I have lost filing paperwork with the proper authorities. Posting rip off notices online, etc. I will be sending you an invoice (something you did not do for me)

Always the ones we go out of our way for ,who end up stabbing us in the back...

We spoke for so long about quality and what your seeking, has i know you just wanted some chinese over process hair we would not had this review, you would been happy with that mess, but no, i want to be help ful and send you best quality , hair custom made from young girls hair, custom sew and bleach to 613 and i even took your 1 piece order for custom, I should have never done so... but wanted to help you,

I explain to you that the hair has gone under the harsh process of bleaching to 613, the factory knowing the quality our clients need informed me, after you said you were not pleased with the natural wavy pattern  and it was already send from factory,  Natural wavy  is the healtest that hair can be, since the factory didnt over process it again for a curl pattern  or add fibers to make curls stay tight as chinese would have done

This curl pattern was not discussed as style needed as i had explained the hair can not hold that pattern , because it not chinese factory and we focus on quality rather than style and thats how you ended up with this hair and not the chinese factory hair as your use to... so we did not order wrong pattern as Your saying.... but you know dear the only two reasons why I did not refund you this amount  $225 which took 3 months is for one its custom in blonde, I dont wear blonde and two its custom coloring no factory will accept back if custom...

I thank you for this review and unnecessary complain as it will help me to improve services and certainly not accept this types order again....You are an unreasonable woman, Now you make it bad for those who want colored hair as we wont be doing them anymore , so ty.

 

Anyone who need  1pc 24-26" in 613 weft, hair made from fine high quality soft and never tangle!!! Now stuck with this nasty report and 613  hair color, all while trying to help this woman...
