GoDish Took $49.99 from my checking account without my authorization Houston Tx Nationwide

 I ordered Dish TV service through Godish the man told me i had to pay a dollar for a credit check first then he came back and said that everything was approved that I could get the Dish TV he also set up an appointment with me and told me that my first months payment of $78 and some change for my first month service will be due in 15 days not one time did he mention I had to pay an additional $49.99 and when I notice that it was taken out of my account when I called them they said that the gentleman told me which he didn't tell me because I had two other witnesses listening to the call on speaker phone I called them and they told me to call back in 4 days when they listen to the recording and if he never mentioned to me about the $49.99 my money would be refunded which I know they're not going to honor that he did not tell me that I had to pay an additional $49.99. This company scammed me.
