Goedeker's Goedeker Goedekers Broken items, horrible service Ballwin Missouri

Purchased thousands of dollars of Ashley patio furniture from this company. It took over 5 weeks to deliver. We kept calling and asking for a status and it ended up sitting on a loading dock for weeks. Customer service was useless. We had to track down the shipping company ourselves and get status updates.

When the furniture finally arrived, the couch was severely damaged and couldn't even be used.

The warranty card said we had to contact the reseller, so we reached back out to Goedeker's. They said all they could do was send a repairman and refused to just pick up the broken one and send us a non-broken one. We said fine just to get it over with.... then they said it would be 30 days until a repairman could come out to fix it. Yes 30 DAYS! They refused to do anything else to help remediate the situation.
