Goel Tala Diamonds, Inc. Universal Diamond Exchange Sold Item not as pictured or described and was cheap construction refusing to refund $4,800. The item was sent back and replaced 3 times and is not a quality product. Chipped stones, uneven set diamonds and poor casting. Looks horrible. Los Angeles California

Purshased this item froom ebay on July 10th.  The item was received July 20th (10 days later) and was not to my satisfaction, the casting was not even and pieces of gold missing and the diamonds graduated in sizes and some had been set low and others high.  THis is an eternity band and should flow as such.  My local jeweler examined it and stated that it was poorly constructed.  I contacted Goel Tala A.S.A.P.  They claimed the ring was rushed as I had wished to receive it prior to my vacation/birthday.  I was told to enjoy it and return it upon my arrival back home.  And that they would begin construction on a new band.  When I recieved notification that the ring had been delivered to california, I received a call from Tony or Goel stating that he agreed the ring was poorly constructed due to a "rushed job". 

I week or so later I received the 2nd replacement and the diamonds appeared to be mor symetrical but not perfect, however it did not look so bad as the first.  Aproximately a week after wearing this ring the setting collapsed and two stones fell out.  I resent this piece back once again and after receiveing a nasty call from Tony, I requested to have my money refunded as I did not feel they offer any guarantee or warantee to back up the cheap workmanship.  Needless to say I received a third ring today and it is horrible stones almost falling out and the casting is missing parts of gold.  I can only imagine that this ring would fall apart in no time.

They are not customer service oriented, they used a delay and remake three times in order to allow time to pass and deny me a full refund.  I have contacted the proper authorities and now I am doing my best to let everybody know that this company does not stand behind their product and they are now threatening me, yes the customer. 

Buyer beware.  This is not a place to buy and quality pieces that you wish to ad to your jewlery collection. 

I originally bought this band to replace my silver CZ one and the CZ is much better quality than the ring I paid $4,800 for. 

I send videos to the company to demonstrate this and once again received a nasty reply.  This has been weeks of on going hell to deal with and all I want at this time is to be refunded my hard earned money.

Shame on you!!!
