I ordered the product on December 21, 2015. The product has been on it's way to New York since the December 24, 2015? The tracking shows the product was shipped on the 21st? It's says on it's way to New York since 24th? I couldn't find no physical address and have sent e-mails to the company and shipping company. Both follow up is terrible. The company offers free shipping but they don't follow up with customer request. Anyone had any problems.

The product arrived one day after my posting. I received an e-mail a couple of days after my posting.

It was porabably the holiday season thank you.

We are a UK based company and we ship all our orders within a 24 hour timeframe of the order being placed. All customers placing an order will recieve an immediate email confirmation stating the estimated delivery time of their order. For customers ordering from North America our delivery time is 5-7 business days.

(We are opening a distribution centre in North America in early spring, so this should reduce our shipping time down to 1-3 days for our US customers.)

With regards to this complaint, if the order was placed just before Christmas there's a good chance the customer would have experinced a minor delay with there being no mail travelling on either Christmas day, Boxing day or New years day for that matter! 

Also our company was actually closed from the 24th until the 30th of December & we setup an automated email notification informing customers that we would be away over the holiday period & that they could rest assure that we will answer their emails as soon as we reopen again on the 30th of December.

We make sure we reply to every customer at the ealriest posiible time & we endevour to provide the best possible experince for our customers before and after they have made their purchase.

We have a company policy that if any customers does not recieve their order within a specified period of time (this depends on which part of the world they live in), then we will send a replacement bottle to them via our tracked & recorded mailing service!

We recieve so many endearing messages from our customers about the positive impact Gofybr has made in thier lives & we wish to continue providing this invalubale service to our customers!
