I placed an order on June 1st for a month supply of Dark Brown GoFybr hair treatment. On the website, it says delivery to EU countries (Ireland) will take 2 days, but it is now the 12th of June and it still hasn't arrived. I have sent 2 emails complaining about this, and neither have been replied to. When I go to "view my order" and look for shipping updates, i keep getting the same message. "Your shipment is confirmed". Despite getting an email on the 2nd of June saying "your order has been shipped", it does not seem that my order was shipped at all. This is a huge let down and I don't know how to get my money back.
