This is a monthly subcription company that is supposed to send out monthly boxes for $12.95. For the past 6 months, the company has had several issues. Some of my boxes were shipped very late, others never arrived at all.
In December 2011 I purchased one of their "Deluxe Boxes" for $28, plus shipping and handling. I emailed the company for 3 months and complained on their FaceBook page. They finally sent my box on March 12th, 2012. When I received it, a nail polish had leaked all over EVERYTHING inside the box. It seemed intentional,especially after all of my emails and complaints, but this is just an assumption. I immediately emailed them and asked them if they could replace my box. I received and automated email but nothing else. I have written to them about this issue 4 times and have yet to receive a response. I offered to send the pictures to gogogirlfriend but they have refused to even acknowledge any of my emails.
Others with a similar problem had posted complaints on their FaceBook page, but as of a few days ago, that page has been removed and replaced with a new one. The new FaceBook page does not allow any comments. I have photographs and the damaged box and items. If you search for "problems with gogogirlfriend" on google, you'll see many posts, videos, etc. of other people that have had problems with this company.
I have received several emails from GoGoGirlfriend stating that their problems have been due to shipping, vendor issues, and most recently, a change in management. They've basically used every excuse in the book and have treated their customers horribly.
They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau due to the numerous complaints. It might be helpful to read some of the complaints filed with the BBB.
I advise anyone with a problem with this company to report them. It isn't fair to let this company steal your money.
