We are a big construction Company working with US CORPS of Engineering in Afghanistan. WE order some Door hardware from gokeyless. They said '' Yes, They are in our stock' we make payment 10.March.2014. btwo times DHL went their adress but no one nows the order.. We contact with MR. Craig from here, he said they are ready, but Later I dont now this order??
I cant understant wht he stall us? I wrote an e mail on 12.March 2014 and said ''You said these are in our stock, but now you said lead time is about 10 day This is not accceptable,!!! We believe in your promise and make payment to order.
We have no time. If 5010-M is wont be in site we will be on black list and paid 125.000$ delay penalty because of this.'' We could not install the hardware and we are going to pay 125.000$ delay penalty because of this. No one answer us,I cant understand their business sense
