Do yourself a favor and AVOID renting from or doing business with this company. The owner Martin Lewis has real problem with greed and desire to take advantage of his tenants. He has too many properties than he can handle, and all of them are poorly managed.

He adds illegal clauses to his lease agreements making the tenants financially responsible for plumbing and electrical problems with HIS properties. He persists to show properties to prospective tenants, while there are still tenants living IN the property. He intentionally does this so that the prospective tenants are unable to do a full inspection on the property, to make sure that all the plumbing and electrical work is up-to-par.  He collects 3 months of rent up-front and then when you try to leave during the last month, he refuses you any deposit unless you pay him another FULL month of rent payment.  He has financially burned every tenant who has rented from him.

Even when you patch up holes, paint, mop the floors, Martin Lewis still finds a reason why he will not give your 2 full deposits back!

The State of Florida should thoroughly investigate Martin Lewis' practices as a landlord.
