What I received was an illegal bootlegged copy of the TVLAND (logo in the bottom right corner) 48 hour marathon of Carol Burnett and Friends. It looked nothing like the picture of the box set that was advertised on their website.

The dvds were not the best quality.  #4 and #5 dvds were duplicates (episodes 37-47), a couple of them had a few glitches, and #7 & 8 and #5 were unwatchable as they would freeze up. The episodes only went up to 91 not 151 and they were not all in Chronological order, maybe the order that TVLAND ran them.

There Was a way to contact them through their site and it said you will receive a response within 24-48 hrs.  It has been well over a week and nada! I did file a dispute with my credit card company before 30 days so hopefully they haven't been paid.

When I first placed my order, my credit card company stopped it from going through because it was going to a foreign country and Aleisha called me letting me know to contact my c.c. company so that it would go through and she even gave me a number to contact her directly.  I was curious so I looked the area codes up on the internet and the number that showed up on my caller I.D. was from Rigaud, PQ (Canada), her personal number was a Florida number, and my package was shipped from Meizhou City, China! 

I called Alesha on the number she gave me and let her know I was not happy with the fact that they sent me a bootlegged copy of The Carol Burnett Show.  I told her I had contacted customer service through the website and it had been a week and she says they get thousands of emails this time of year. Hmm, I wonder why.  Anyway, she said she would email me w. an address to mail the dvds back to them and Then I would be refunded my money.  Don't know if I should trust that!  Anyway, I have yet to receive that email (don't know why she couldn't just tell me over the phone).  Oh, and I kept trying to read my email to her and let her know my above mentioned complaints and she said that wasn't necessary and when I continued anyway, she hung up on me! I wonder if she didn't already know. It's not very professional to not even listen to a customer's concerns/complaints if you ask me!

So, I don't know what to do or where to send this back.  I Don't want to return it to China as they'd probably say they didn't get it or something.  Plus I am Peeved that I even have to pay S & H to send this back to them when they knew they weren't sending me what I had paid for in the first place; when I was being scammed and they are doing something illegal!
