WAS LOOKING FOR A GRANT TO BUILD A WHEELCHAIR RAMP FOR MY POWER CHAIR. I CAME ACROSS A WEBSITE AND IT TOLD ME TO SIGN UP AND RECEIVED INSTANT ACCESS.

I USED MY VISA DEBIT CARD FOR THE $19.95. I WAS ABLE TO USE THE WEBSITE ONCE AND WHEN I TRIED AGAIN, I WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE WEBSITE ANYMORE.

TRIED CALLING THE PHONE NUMBER THAT IS SHOWN ON MY BANK ACCOUNT, AND THE NUBMER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED.
