Federal Funding Program. Goldstar Media charged me $19.95, for one program and never sent materials for the requested grant. I was told the$9.95 would be refunded if I did not qualify. Refund has not been sent back.

I looked up their phone number in white pages, and they are listed as Avalon Search Co., in Moreno Valley, Ca. No street address given. Zipcode could be anywhere between 92551 and 92557.
