Notification of winning a lump sum payment of $68,000.00 and receiving a chceck from "First Bank, 12 East Ave., Houston, Tx 77263, check No. 96995868 dated 10/15/2008, in the amount of $2,250.00, to pay for accounting and clearance fees. In order to begin the claim, you must contact agent at 1-514-638-7740. I checked on the internet for this bank at the address listed, and there were none. I then check on internet about this Clearing House and found that this information is same that
has occurred previously. As far as I am concerned this is a scam.
