Golden Corral buffet Fired for no reason and UNSANITARY fort gratiot , Michigan

i worked for golden corral for 6 months and it was fine i noticed right away how clicky it was there but a lot of restraunts are like that.
i refused to "party" with other employees and management but constantly asked to go to the bar or house parties people who worked there were having..
i have 2 small children at home and i just dont do that i go to work and i go home..
after awhile they started joking saying well if you dont come out with us sanjay will fire you and i would laugh about it with them.
one day we had a huge rush my section was filled to the max but the person coming in at 5 to take over my section came in i asked him if it was ok to clear my tables and let him have the ones already seated he agreed so i bussed the empty tables clocked out and left...
the next day i had a day off, i came in the following day ready to work and was immediatly greated by a manager asking me why i just up and left on that day and left the server with all my tables to clean up...i said that wasnt true but was told to come back later to talk to a dif manager (sanjay) and also the kid who took over my tables would be there.
i came back and watched the kid say he agreed to take on my tables and walk away...
sanjay the manager then came over and said well we ar egonna have to let you go since you walked off the job i said well i just heard that guy say he AGRRED to take over my tables they looked at me funny and then said well eather way we think it would be better off for you to leave...i asked why i was being fired and they kept insisting i quit.
i realize i could have made a big deal but it wasnt worth it to me i had 2 jobs and just left knowing id find another job they even offerd to give me a good job refrence!!
i KNOW i was fired for not being part of there click for not going out and partying with them.
also that place was disgusting after working there i would never take my family to eat there they dont change the water in the dishwasher ever we are told if plates and silverware fall on the floor to take them in the back and just put them back with clean stuff..
servers use there hands and eat out of the pans of food before they go out thats all i can think of off hand but its nasty there.
