I am sure that for years Golden Gate Capital and JP Capital Partners were reputable companies prior to this. What I can't figure out is what would make these two companies partner with a company like Cydcor. I'm sure they did their research beforehand and read some of the horror stories that occur with working in Cydcor. FYI to Golden Gate and JP, if they promised you things will change they have not. Since Gary Polson took over as CEO, more and more reports have been written about the unethical practices of Cydcor Managers and the fact that this sort of behavior is promoted from above. The advice given by men like Brad Park, John Wiggins, and other so-called consultants encourages this type of behavior. I am appalled that you would decide to partner with an organization like this. It comes down one of two scenarios, the executives at Cydcor promised that all the unethical practices, i.e(shady recruitment practices, wrongful treatment of employees, etc.) would come to an end and you were duped into believing it, or two you had all prior knowledge of Cydcor activities and had no problem with it and maybe even agreed with it. That puts you on the same level as them, which mean people need to know the mentality that comes with being an executive in your respective firms.

These investors paid a hefty price to buy Cydcor from Avie and Larry. They want a higher return than what Cydcor was making in order to pay for their investment and to sell Cydcor to someone else.
For Cydcor to go legit and stop all their fraudulent practices would mean a much lower profit.
Cydcor offices are still placing misleading recruiting ads and lying to applicants and their employees. They sell this "opportunity" to own your own business, and not telling people their high turnover rate. Each year they have to hire 25,000 reps to staff a 1,800 rep organization.
And every year they open 120 offices and close 115.
