Weve had 10+ properties submitted to Golden Gate since this past April without a single closing.  There has been a huge lack of communication from you all in regards to file updates and status reports.  Golden Gate has routinely asked us to resend information that weve already sent and their organization appears to be mediocre at best

We have been in communication with other affiliates of GG who have expressed the same frustrations and not a single one has been paid on a closing; many of them had properties submitted well before ours in April.  

Golden Gate claimed that theyve done these deals before when the truth is that you have never negotiated a mortgage note pool, yet you still continue to charge monthly affiliate fees from members for a service which you are all unable to provide.  

I expect a full refund for membership fees paid up until this point and expect to hear a status in regards to this before the end of the week or I will be filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General in your state and the Better Business Bureau.  The complaints will contain much more detail in regards to what has transpired as a result of working with your company.  You are ripping affiliates off and giving homeowners a false sense of hope.

I have had nothing but success with Golden Gate Funding

I have been working with Golden Gate Funding since July of 2011 with nothing but success.  I have spent very little money while using their expert marketing system to locate and secure several homeowners in default all over the country.  These homeowners were able to stop their foreclosures with the use of Jeff Kaller's system. 

The system is getting better and better every day.  The new marketing and new instant approvals are moving things along faster than ever before and I have homeowners bombarding me with requests to help them with a note purchase.  Million dollar homes, $300k homes ... all price ranges.  The multi million dollar home owners love the discrete system and advantages of no deficiency and no 1099.  So do the owners of the $300k houses. 

This is the best option there is available to my defaulted clients who care about their credit.

The marketing suggestions and websites they provided to me were of minimal cost and provided huge returns for me as well as the homeowners who desperately needed assistance.

I applaud Jeff Kaller and his team for their forward thinking and consider this system to be fully legitimate and extremely successful as well as beneficial to all parties involved.
