I was ripped-off too. They matched me with 6 lenders I was denied by all six lenders I submitted a request for a refund on August 17, 2006 its been 29 days and I have not receive a credit on my credit card. They claim it takes 15-30 days to see a refund if you do not see a refund you can email to check the status of your refund. I can not find an email to email them to chedk the status so I went on line looking for this company and found 20 rip off reports on this company everyone claiming they did not receive an refund of the 99.00 they charge for this service so if anyone has an email address for this company can you please send it to me. So I can contact them.

Dave whoever you are. You are lying I followed your company instructions to the tee. I made copies of the original six denial letters from the six lenders your company found for me. And to make sure I was doing it right I emailed your company to make sure what I had to do to receive the refund. She emailed me back that one time. If you emailed me telling me no refund whats my email address and the reason I did not receive my refund because I keep copies of everything I got mines do you have yours.
