These individuals take security deposits without an escrow account - O’Neil Woodstock who has said he is the owner he is not Donna Galloway is (her children have all been to jail for stealing or drugs yet she judges) and O’Neil was disciplined for lying about criminal arrests and he gave me a hard time could not answer where security deposits were placed if he did Answer anything it was broad had a verbal contract with him he will not put anything in writing he took advantage of my 82 year old father saw he had a million in assets as well as an 800 credit score yet he asked my father for 2 security deposits then he lied about saying he has to do background checks on all tenants did not do one on my father but did one on me because i was assertive and tried to evict then tried to threaten me with Donna texting that she filed a police report all because of my freedom of speech!! Stay away!!!
