Golden Timepieces Deceptive - What you order is NOT what you received Tampa FL

I discoved golden timepieces on a facebook ad. I collect and evaluate watches at all value points and wanted to see what this company was about, so I ordered 2 watches. I expected a low quality watch that tries to look expensive.

I received what I expected. However, I ordered a Gold/Black watch and a Gold/Blue watch. I received a Gold/Black watch and a Black/Black watch. It was obvious that neither watch that I recieved had any blue in it. When I reached out to the company I emailed them the order number and a photograph of the 2 watches that I received. They initially responded with a request for a closer picture of the 2 watches I received. I thought this was odd since you can zoom in on the 1st picture, but I emailed the a 2nd picture per their request. Below was their reponse.

"I have received a feedback from our leadership team, and I was told that the timepiece that you received is exactly the same product we have on our site. Our pictures sometimes can be taken in a brighter light setting to show more accurately all the details of the watch.

As much as we would like to help you further, we can only do so within the confines of our Return Policy as shown"

Below is a picture of the Gold/Blue watch that I ordered and the watches I recieved. Be aware, the watch that you order may not be the watch that you receive and evidently there is no customer service to rectify any problems.
