Golden West POS Barry Campbell, Penny Campbell, Mercury Payment Systems, Focus POS Owners Lied about changing from Mercury to another Cheaper Credit Card Processor Beaumont, California

I have been with Golden West POS for 10 plus years and wanted to change Credit Card processors and they lied to me. It turns out they have an under the table deal with Mercury Payment Systems who overcharges us by more than $180 per month.  Since Penny and Barry Campbell get a kick back from Mercury they told me that it would cost over a $1,000 to change to another provider.  It turns out it takes a couple of minutes to make the change but since they were loosing money they made up a bunch of techno-babble lies about how hard it would be. I checked with other Focus POS VARS and they told me it would be very simple and quick. I pay Golden West POS around $2400 per year to take care of my service and then they lie to me about what I want just so they can keep getting their kick back. I found a cheaper VAR in San Diego and will be switching to them.

I thought they were honest until they started lying about the change over that will save me over $2,000 a year. They forced me to take a Mercury Credit Card Service in the beginning that I didn't want and now they are forcing me to stay with
Mercury and pay excessive rates. Golden West POS says they have great BBB rating but we know how BBB can be manipulated in local areas.
