I recieved a phone call from John Cook from Goldfield Corp in Nov of 2008, the same day my bank had declined me for a business loan. John Cook knew all about my regected loan and even knew the name of my bank. I was lead to believe that this was a trusted company and that my bank had referred him to me.
I was asked to wire transfer 2677.00 to wells fargo bank in Las vegas, which I did.
Ed Kerr is the vp of this pathetic company and he told me to wire 8000.00 to "fast track" my credit application and guaranteed a 60,000.00 line of credit within 2-6 months.
I have sent these people over 10,000.00 and nothing has been done. I went to the sec of state of NV site and looked up goldfield corp and the registered agent came up nevada corporate strategy, inc at 3300 S decatur blvd #10-483, las vegas. I clicked on all bus entity associated with this company and at least 50 came up.
the owner of goldfield is john bausch and when i phoned ed kerr and asked him to speak to the owner he said there was NO owner, he was the highest i was going to get in that co.
Ed Kerr asked me to get a credit report and fax him,I told him for 10 grand he can get my report and when i demanded to know where my money was and wanted a refund he hung up on me.
Im going forward to the fullest. Im contacting the BBB, Secretary of State, City of North Vegas business license, FBI and my attorney.
There is a group of bausch's hiding in these company's, John Bausch, Griselda Bausch, Mark Bausch, Jerry Bausch, Greg Bausch. Company names are small business funding corp, and 2 diff locations for nevada corporate strategy.
