I purchased a 24ct gold leafed iPad worth of 699 pounds from www.GoldGenie.com. When I received the iPad it was damaged. I took pictures of the damaged part and sent it to the owner. The owner then promised to send me a gold plated rose worth of 149 pounds as a gift. The iPad also did not include the certificate of authentic as promised in the listing. That also I was promised to receive with the Rose. I waited 2 weeks for the rose and the certificate. I contacted the owner several times that I didn't receive anything from him. He claimed that he replied to me and that I must have missed his email, which never happened. He told me that he already did post the promised gift and certificate and that he'll be sending me the tracking number when he's back in the office after weekend. It has been 2 weeks now and I tried contacting him several times, but this time he just doesn't reply to my emails at all. Not to mention that the iPad itself was about a month and a half late.

Goldgenie is a great company my package was delivered but was not seen by me and because my emails were going to spam folder replies to my questions were missed.. Goldgenie is a great company and I have since ordered more goods and got them on time, please can any previous remarks be removed. Thanks!
