Goldman Lauder & Cross Very convincing scam artists Coral Springs Florida

 They called me at work stating that they had a litigation against me and to stop it from going forward they were wiling to work out a settlement with me. They said they were hired by a company that I had taken a online payday loan with. They said this loan was taken out in 2011 but I knew I had taken a loan out with the company Evergreen that they mentioned but I could not remember if I paid them off or not. It never crossed my mind that if it was taken out in 2011 why it take till 2014 to contact me. But I was at work it was very busy and I just wanted to getnthis taken care of without going to court. I asked them to send me a letter of proof of who they were in which they did.

And I feel for it. I gave them my debit card info and they scheduled me for 2 payments to settle the debt. They got me for the first payment of 161.00. After I got home and started researching this company I find out it is a SCAM!!!! The number the called me from is a Pinson, Al number and when I googled the address on the confirmation letter it came back as a apartment complex. I quickly called the bank and cancelled my card and explained to them what happened. After the fraudulent company tried to get their 2nd payment of 161.00 and it got declined they had the nerve to call my house and make threats. Too bad I'm on to u now. This is an absolute total SCAM!!!
