Golds Gym Taking Advantage Birmingham Alabama

Golds gym is terrible. I signed a 2 year contract and when it ended I was unaware that I had to call or go online to cancel. I wasn't sure what to cancel considering I signed a 2 year contract!! I thought once the 24 months is up my membership would end. They charged me over and over again. They have it noted in their contract that you have to call/ go online to cancel because they know people are going to forget to call or like me who was unware that you have to call. I understand it is my responsibility but they take advantage of people and rip them off!!  I think it is ridiculous that they have done this to millons of people. This should not even be in their contract otherwise what is the point of offering different terms. Such a scam!!!
