june 27/2009 i received a warning advise while using my computer that a virus was attacking the system.  this warning was coming from this store on line.  i got a great anti virus in my computer but I was so concern that was not working properly and i bought the anti virus software from goldsoftwarestore.com.  they downloaded after they e-mailed to me giving me the activation information.

i paid $79.90 for one year service and today september 26/2009 the program is gone.  They stole my money tapping in my computer telling me that my computer was infected and after all there was  not any virus found by their software as well by my another software that was and still installed in  my computer.

They put in my computer's screen the biggest warning and after all no virus was found.  I read in the internet several complaining about cases exactly like mine against to this store.  i e-mailed to them about this situation and as well i got advise from our relative which is a lawyer, and of course this is a ripoff.  i called them i left messages asking for my refund.  no response yet.
