Federal funding programs.org is a very convincing website.

We applied for help for a grant for home improvements and payed a processing fee of $19.97 and heard nothing. When you print out the receipt and see the name goldstar media it then became suspicious. This did trigger a lot of junk e-mails on government grants. These are also scams. Wish I knew which one was the real deal or maybe there isn't one.
